Every Other Month, All Year

What's Included in Every Elite Treatment

The Elite Program covers everything in the Basic Quarterly Plan - plus mosquito reduction, flea and tick prevention and treatment, and expanded fire ant protection across up to 15,000 sq ft of lawn. Six visits a year, every other month.

Interior Services - Initial Treatment & Upon Request
πŸ”

Interior Inspection & Targeted Treatment

Performed during your initial service and available upon request at any subsequent visit. The interior is thoroughly inspected and treatment is applied precisely where pest activity or conducive conditions are found - not a blanket spray.

  • Full interior walk-through and inspection
  • Active harborage and conducive condition assessment
  • Treatment applied where activity is found
  • Baseboard and corner spot treatment as needed
  • David's notes documented per visit
🍳

Kitchen & Bathroom Plumbing Treatment

Performed during your initial service and available upon request at any visit. Plumbing voids are among the most overlooked pest harborage points in Florida homes - treating them at the start establishes a clean interior baseline.

  • Under-sink cabinet voids treated
  • Plumbing penetrations through walls & floors
  • Behind toilets and vanity areas
  • Appliance areas including dishwasher voids
  • Cockroach gel bait applied at harborage points as needed
πŸ’‘

Behind Electrical Outlets

Performed during your initial service and available upon request at any visit. Wall voids behind outlets are a primary harborage zone for German cockroaches, small ants, and silverfish - treating them on day one addresses populations surface sprays can't reach.

  • Kitchen outlets treated as a standard step
  • Bathroom outlets and switch plates treated
  • Appropriate product type selected for void application
  • Critical for German cockroach elimination programs
Exterior Services - Every Visit
🏠

Exterior Perimeter

The exterior is treated every visit with seasonal and situation-appropriate products - adjusted by David based on current pest pressure, temperature, and conditions at the time of each visit.

  • Full perimeter foundation treatment
  • Entry points, door frames & window frames
  • Garage door thresholds & tracks
  • Eaves, soffits & utility penetrations
  • Expansion joints & weep holes
  • Product selection adjusted each visit
🐜

Fire Ant Protection Expanded

Elite fire ant protection covers up to 15,000 sq ft of lawn - not just the perimeter zone. This addresses mound activity across your entire yard, not only the 15-foot band around the structure.

  • Full lawn coverage up to 15,000 sq ft
  • Broadcast and mound treatment combined
  • Product selection based on colony pressure and conditions
  • Barrier re-established every other month
  • Significantly greater coverage than Basic plan
πŸ•ΈοΈ

Spider, Web & Nest Removal

Every visit includes physical removal of spider webs, wasp nests, and mud dauber nests from the home and lanai - keeping your exterior clean and eliminating established harborage.

  • Spider webs brushed from eaves, soffits & entries
  • Wasp nests treated and removed
  • Mud dauber nests removed from lanai & overhangs
  • Lanai screens and frame areas addressed
  • Residual treatment applied to web-prone surfaces
β˜… Elite Additions - Included Every Visit
🦟

Mosquito Reduction Elite

Every Elite visit includes a professional mosquito barrier treatment targeting the resting and breeding areas on your property. Florida's mosquito pressure is year-round - bi-monthly treatment keeps the barrier active and effective.

  • Foliage and understory barrier spray applied
  • Shaded resting zones and fence lines treated
  • Larval source areas addressed where accessible
  • Product selection adjusted for season and conditions
  • Residual barrier active between visits

Note: Mosquito reduction is included as part of the Elite Program treatment. Mosquito-specific callback visits are not included - callbacks cover all other covered pests. Significant mosquito pressure may warrant a dedicated mosquito program add-on.

🐾

Flea & Tick Prevention and Treatment Elite

Florida's warm climate means fleas and ticks are a year-round threat to pets and families. Every Elite visit includes preventive and active treatment for flea and tick activity in lawn, landscaping, and around the structure.

  • Lawn and landscaping treated for flea and tick activity
  • Shaded and leaf-litter areas targeted - prime tick harborage
  • Entry zones and pet activity areas prioritized
  • Active infestations treated on discovery
  • Preventive barrier maintained between visits
  • Bi-monthly schedule matches Florida's peak flea cycle
πŸ“…

More Frequent Visits Elite

Six visits a year instead of four means your exterior barrier is refreshed every 60 days rather than every 90 - a meaningful difference in Florida's heat, humidity, and UV exposure, which all accelerate product breakdown.

  • Every other month service schedule
  • Barrier refreshed before breakdown window
  • More frequent inspection catches issues earlier
  • Consistent flea, tick, and mosquito suppression
  • Tighter coverage during peak pest seasons

The Elite Schedule

Six Treatments a Year - Every Other Month

Florida's pest pressure doesn't pause. The Elite Program's bi-monthly schedule keeps every layer of protection - mosquito, flea, tick, fire ant, and perimeter - active and effective all year without gaps.

  • βœ“
Mosquito barriers need consistent replenishment. A professional mosquito barrier spray typically maintains effectiveness for 30 to 60 days under Florida's heat and rain. Bi-monthly service keeps the barrier active before it fades - quarterly service would leave a coverage gap during the hottest, wettest months.
  • βœ“
Flea and tick cycles require consistent treatment. A flea's complete life cycle from egg to adult can take as little as 14 days in Florida's warmth. A bi-monthly treatment schedule disrupts multiple generations per year, preventing the population buildup that overwhelms reactive-only treatment.
  • βœ“
Expanded fire ant coverage reaches the whole yard. Basic perimeter-only fire ant treatment leaves the interior of your lawn unprotected. At 15,000 sq ft of coverage, the Elite Program treats fire ant pressure across your entire property - not just the 15-foot zone around the structure.
  • βœ“
Six inspections a year catch problems earlier. David visiting every other month means conducive conditions - new entry points, moisture issues, early ant trails - are identified and addressed twice as frequently as the Basic plan. Problems caught at two months are smaller than problems caught at four.

The Elite Process

What Happens on Every Elite Visit

Every Elite visit covers more ground than a standard quarterly treatment - exterior perimeter, mosquito barrier, flea and tick treatment, and expanded fire ant coverage are all part of each visit.

01

Arrival & Assessment

David reviews notes from previous visits, assesses current pest pressure across the property, and selects products for each treatment zone based on conditions. Mosquito and flea activity are assessed alongside general pest pressure.

02

Interior Service (Upon Request)

Interior inspection, plumbing void treatment, and electrical outlet treatment are performed at your initial visit and available upon request at any Elite visit. Just let David know when scheduling.

03

Web, Nest & Barrier

Spider webs, wasp nests, and mud dauber nests are removed. The full exterior perimeter and fire ant zone - up to 15,000 sq ft - are treated with the appropriate products for current conditions.

04

Mosquito, Flea & Tick

The mosquito barrier is applied to foliage, fence lines, and resting areas. Flea and tick treatment is applied to lawn, landscaping, shaded zones, and pet activity areas across the property.

πŸ›‘οΈ

Ratical Satisfaction Guarantee

If covered pests return between Elite visits, David comes back and retreats at no additional charge. Please note: mosquito reduction is included in the Elite treatment, but mosquito-specific callback visits are not covered under the guarantee. All other covered pests are fully backed.

Plan Comparison

Basic Quarterly vs. Elite Program

Both plans include the full exterior perimeter, fire ant protection, and web and nest removal. The Elite Program adds mosquito, flea, and tick coverage - and doubles the visit frequency for tighter protection year-round.

State-Licensed

David holds a Florida Department of Agriculture pest control license and stays current on local species identification, treatment protocols, and product requirements.

πŸ“‹

Documented Visit History

Every treatment is documented - what was found, where it was treated, and what products were applied. David reviews this before each visit so treatment improves over time.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Elite Program include mosquito callbacks?
Mosquito reduction is included as part of every Elite treatment visit - the barrier spray is applied at each of the six annual visits. However, mosquito-specific callback visits between scheduled treatments are not included in the guarantee. If you have significant mosquito pressure from adjacent water features, canals, or dense landscaping, ask David about adding a dedicated mosquito program on top of the Elite coverage.
How much lawn does the fire ant coverage include?
The Elite Program includes fire ant treatment across up to 15,000 sq ft of lawn - which covers most standard residential lots in Sarasota and Manatee County. This is a substantial expansion over the Basic Quarterly Plan's 15-foot structural perimeter zone. If your property exceeds 15,000 sq ft of turf, ask David about coverage options for larger lots.
What pests are covered under the Elite Program?
The Elite Program covers all general household pests included in the Basic Quarterly Plan - ants, cockroaches, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, centipedes, millipedes, wasps, mud daubers, and similar occasional invaders - plus mosquito reduction and flea and tick prevention and treatment. Specialty pests such as rodents, bed bugs, and termites require separate service programs. Ask David about bundling additional services.
When is the interior treated under the Elite Program?
Interior treatment - including the full inspection, kitchen and bathroom plumbing voids, and electrical outlet treatment - is completed in full at your initial service visit. For ongoing Elite visits, the exterior, mosquito, flea, and tick treatments are the standard scope. Interior service is available at any visit upon request - just let David know when you schedule and he'll plan accordingly.
What happens if I see covered pests between Elite visits?
Call David. The Elite Program includes the same satisfaction guarantee as the Basic plan - if covered pests return between scheduled visits, David will return and retreat at no additional charge. This covers all pests included under the program except mosquitoes, for which callbacks are not included.
Do I need to be home for Elite visits?
For standard Elite visits - which focus on the exterior, mosquito, and flea and tick treatment - you do not need to be present. If you've requested interior service for that visit, an adult does need to be available to provide access. Either way, David will notify you when he's on his way and leave a service summary when he's done.
