What Happens on Every Elite Visit
Every Elite visit covers more ground than a standard quarterly treatment - exterior perimeter, mosquito barrier, flea and tick treatment, and expanded fire ant coverage are all part of each visit.
Arrival & Assessment
David reviews notes from previous visits, assesses current pest pressure across the property, and selects products for each treatment zone based on conditions. Mosquito and flea activity are assessed alongside general pest pressure.
Interior Service (Upon Request)
Interior inspection, plumbing void treatment, and electrical outlet treatment are performed at your initial visit and available upon request at any Elite visit. Just let David know when scheduling.
Web, Nest & Barrier
Spider webs, wasp nests, and mud dauber nests are removed. The full exterior perimeter and fire ant zone - up to 15,000 sq ft - are treated with the appropriate products for current conditions.
Mosquito, Flea & Tick
The mosquito barrier is applied to foliage, fence lines, and resting areas. Flea and tick treatment is applied to lawn, landscaping, shaded zones, and pet activity areas across the property.
Ratical Satisfaction Guarantee
If covered pests return between Elite visits, David comes back and retreats at no additional charge. Please note: mosquito reduction is included in the Elite treatment, but mosquito-specific callback visits are not covered under the guarantee. All other covered pests are fully backed.
