BASIC
QUARTERLY
PEST PLAN
Four professional treatments a year, targeting interior and exterior pest pressure year-round - so you're never more than 90 days from a fresh barrier.
Every Visit, Every Quarter
What's Included in Your Service
Your initial treatment is the most thorough - every interior zone is fully addressed from day one. Ongoing quarterly visits focus on the exterior, with interior services available any time you need them.
Interior Inspection & Targeted Treatment
Performed during your initial service and available upon request at any subsequent quarterly visit. The interior is thoroughly inspected and treatment is applied precisely where pest activity or conducive conditions are found - not a blanket spray.
- Full interior walk-through and inspection
- Active harborage and conducive condition assessment
- Treatment applied where activity is found
- Baseboard and corner spot treatment as needed
- David's notes documented per visit
Kitchen & Bathroom Plumbing Treatment
Performed during your initial service and available upon request at any quarterly visit. Plumbing voids are among the most overlooked pest harborage points in Florida homes - treating them at the start establishes a clean interior baseline.
- Under-sink cabinet voids treated
- Plumbing penetrations through walls & floors
- Behind toilets and vanity areas
- Appliance areas including dishwasher voids
- Cockroach gel bait applied at harborage points as needed
Behind Electrical Outlets
Performed during your initial service and available upon request at any quarterly visit. Wall voids behind outlets are a primary harborage zone for German cockroaches, small ants, and silverfish - treating them on day one addresses populations surface sprays can't reach.
- Kitchen outlets treated as a standard step
- Bathroom outlets and switch plates treated
- Appropriate product type selected for void application
- Critical for German cockroach elimination programs
Exterior Perimeter
The exterior is treated every quarter with seasonal and situation-appropriate products - adjusted by David based on current pest pressure, temperature, and conditions at the time of each visit.
- Full perimeter foundation treatment
- Entry points, door frames & window frames
- Garage door thresholds & tracks
- Eaves, soffits & utility penetrations
- Expansion joints & weep holes
- Product selection adjusted each quarter
Fire Ant Protection
Fire ants are treated up to 15 feet from the structure perimeter every quarter - protecting entries, walkways, driveways, and the lanai where contact is most likely.
- Perimeter zone treated up to 15 feet from structure
- Product selection based on colony pressure and conditions
- Mound treatment included where encountered
- Protective barrier re-established every quarter
Spider, Web & Nest Removal
Every quarterly visit includes physical removal of spider webs, wasp nests, and mud dauber nests from the home and lanai - keeping your exterior clean and eliminating established harborage.
- Spider webs brushed from eaves, soffits & entries
- Wasp nests treated and removed
- Mud dauber nests removed from lanai & overhangs
- Lanai screens and frame areas addressed
- Residual treatment applied to web-prone surfaces
The Quarterly Schedule
Why Every 90 Days - Not Every 6 Months
Florida's year-round warmth means pest populations breed continuously - without a true winter dieback that slows things down in colder states. A quarterly schedule keeps your perimeter barrier active before it breaks down.
Winter / Early Spring
Spring / Early Rainy
Peak Rainy Season
Dry Season Onset
-
✓
Residual products break down over time. Most professional exterior barrier treatments maintain peak efficacy for 60 to 90 days under Florida conditions - UV exposure, heat, and rain all accelerate breakdown. A quarterly visit re-establishes the barrier before it fails, not after.
-
✓
Pest pressure shifts every season. Fire ant pressure peaks with rainy season. German cockroach populations build indoors during dry season when they're driven toward moisture. Ghost ants and pavement ants follow moisture patterns. Each quarterly visit allows David to adjust product selection for what's actually active at that time of year.
-
✓
Early detection prevents infestations. David visiting four times a year catches conducive conditions - moisture issues, new entry points, early ant trails, signs of stored product pests - before they become a full infestation requiring more intensive treatment.
-
✓
Continuity of service maintains the barrier. A single one-time treatment eliminates what's present on the day of service. A recurring quarterly program builds a compounding barrier effect - each treatment reinforces the last, and monitored entry points and harborage areas are checked consistently over time.
Our Process
What Happens on Every Visit
Every quarterly visit follows a structured exterior process. Interior services are completed in full at your initial treatment and scheduled upon request for any follow-up visit.
Arrival & Assessment
David reviews notes from previous visits, walks the exterior perimeter, and assesses current pest pressure and conditions before selecting products. What was right three months ago may not be right today.
Interior Service (Upon Request)
Interior inspection, plumbing void treatment, and electrical outlet treatment are performed at your initial visit and available at any quarterly visit upon request. Just let David know when you schedule and he'll plan accordingly.
Web & Nest Removal
Spider webs, wasp nests, and mud dauber nests are physically removed from the home and lanai. Residual product is applied to web-prone surfaces to discourage rebuilding between visits.
Exterior Barrier Treatment
The full exterior perimeter is treated - foundation, entry points, eaves, and a 15-foot zone for fire ant protection. Product selection is adjusted for season, current pest pressure, and weather conditions.
Ratical Satisfaction Guarantee
If covered pests return between your scheduled quarterly visits, David comes back and retreats at no additional charge. No phone tag, no hassle - just call, and he's there.
Professional vs. DIY
What Professional Treatment Does That Over-the-Counter Products Can't
The products matter. The knowledge of where to put them matters more.
Consumer pest control products are formulated for general public use, which means lower concentrations of active ingredient, shorter residual periods, and application methods that rarely reach the places pests actually live. Professional pest control isn't just about stronger products - it's about treating the right locations, at the right time, with the right product for the pest species and conditions present.
Florida's pest biology makes this especially important. German cockroaches that live behind outlets and in plumbing voids are not reached by baseboard sprays. Fire ants recolonize treated areas within weeks if the queen colony isn't addressed. Ghost ants follow invisible pheromone trails that require understanding of their foraging behavior to disrupt. David understands these distinctions. A can of Raid does not.
⚠ Florida-Specific Note: Many common household pesticides applied incorrectly can actually split German cockroach and ant colonies - causing a phenomenon called "budding" where a stressed colony fragments into multiple satellite colonies, dramatically worsening an infestation. Professional product selection and placement avoids this outcome.
