Multi step process to stop rodents from entry and exiting your property, catch and remove the rodents blocked inside, clean, and deodorize attic entry after exclusion.

We use remote monitoring to alert you when a rodent is caught to schedule a time to remove and reset. This helps keep costs down as we don’t need access to the traps every other day and frees your schedule to ensue you are only needed home when a rodent is caught.

Step 1 - Inspect your entire property for entry and potential entry points as small as ¼ inch and check for droppings, gnaw marks, nesting material, or grease trails.

Step 2 - Seal all entry points found on home. We use a range of materials from steel/brass wool, caulk, hardware cloth, metal flashing, weather stripping. We avoid using foam as this can be chewed through,

Step 3 - Eliminate attractants like improperly stored pet food, bird seed. Remove clutter like cardboard, wood piles, and debris.

Step 4 -Replace damaged vent screens, hold/gaps in facia boards or siding. Trim tree limbs that touch home or hang near roofline.

Step 5 - After all rodents are confirmed removed, 3-4 weeks of no activity with remote monitoring, we will set out rodent bait stations around the exterior of your home to ensure the rodent population stays low around your home.

Rodent exclusion includes a 1-year warranty with bait boxes checked every 3 months included for the first year. The rodent exclusion warranty will remain in place as long as the optional rodent box service continues after the first year.
